Search Social Conversations with Samepoint

Samepoint is a search website that will let you find and track conversations and trends over social networks, the site is presently tracking conversations through services like Technorati, myspace, Wordpress, Digg, Newsvine, Reddit, Diigo, Simply, Friendster, Stumbleupon, YouTube, Mister-Wong, Blogmarks, Yelp and FriendFeed.

Here I did a search for one of the most used words on Twitter…Coffee

SamePoint converts these discussions into web pages, or permalinks, and organises them within a tag cloud. You can then see where these conversations meet, providing a common point,  or samepoint, of all discussions on a specific topic.

The site also has an RSS feeds directory giving you the option to either subscribe to one of the conversational feeds or you can create your own custom keyword based rss feed.

  1. I have to say, I have seen news about these guys everywhere recently. I am a true fan. I can’t wait until they get an API. They are like a Technorati for comments. ( I will beta test it :) ) This is a very useful tool.
