ididwork gets new features to Yammer about

A lot of the blogosphere has been a buzz about the TC50 winner Yammer, the Twitter-style service for the office. And Whilst Yammer launched without many additional “stand out” features to separate it from being just a Twitter Clone behind closed doors, a site we reported about a while back called ididwork has been busy adding new features and improvements, with the latest being a to-do list for all your work tasks.

This new feature will let you create a list of all your to-do items which you can tag and track from the main page. When you’ve finished the to-do item, click the green “Done!” button to have it transfer to your normal work log and For those of you who keep tabs on the amount of time spent on your tasks, they have also added a shortcut to allow quick entry after completing a todo item:

If you were to compare ididwork with Yammer at the moment then I think ididwork would be the more productive micro tool for your office, whilst Yammer did enter the scene with an Adobe Air client and an iPhone app (both something ididwork do not have at the moment) it is at the end of the day just an internal conversation silo.

They might however release some more features in the future but for the moment for me ididwork have the more productive tools to keep them ahead.
